Privacy Policy: Website Visitors & Email Subscribers

This section outlines how I collect and use data from visitors to my website and those who choose to subscribe to my email list.

What data do I collect from website visitors and email subscribers, and why do I need it?

  • Email Address: When you sign up for a free gift (like the “Burnout to Balance” workbook or the “Saying No” script guide), subscribe to my newsletter, or fill out a form on my website, I collect your email address. This is essential for me to send you the requested content, deliver valuable insights, share new free gifts and offers, and communicate with you about my services.
  • Website Usage Data (Non-Identifiable): Like most websites, I may collect basic, non-identifiable information about your visit to my website (e.g., pages viewed, time spent on site, referring website). This data helps me understand how visitors use my site so I can improve their experience and ensure content is relevant. This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

How is this data collected?

This data is primarily collected through opt-in forms on my website, which are managed by my email service provider, Mailchimp.

Will I share your subscriber data and if I do, who will I share it with and for what purpose?

I will not share your subscriber data. I will not sell it on or use it for unethical reasons. Your email address and name (if provided) are used solely for the purpose of communicating with you as described above.

  • Email Service Provider: Your data is stored securely with Mailchimp, which is a third-party service I use to manage my email list and send emails. Mailchimp is committed to data protection and privacy standards.

How will I store your subscriber data?

Your subscriber data (email address and name) is stored digitally within my Mailchimp account, which is password-protected and secured.

How long will I store your subscriber data for and how will I dispose of it?

I will store your subscriber data for as long as you remain subscribed to my email list. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email you receive from me. Once you unsubscribe, your data will be removed from my active email list. Mailchimp may retain some basic information for record-keeping purposes as per their own data retention policies.
